At Ditalya, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within the legal cooling-off period and request a refund.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal:

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right, please contact us at support@ditalya.com before returning the item.

✅ General Return Conditions:

• The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• You must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Personal care and hygiene products (e.g. makeup brushes, bath accessories) if opened or used.

• Gift cards or downloadable products.

• Clearance or final sale items marked as non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges:

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

💸 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent by mistake.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• EU & International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.

• Contact us at support@ditalya.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

• Please ship the item with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
